1. Acceptance of terms

By using Zerova, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. Zerova is operated by VividShift (Henry Cuervo) from Colombia.

2. Description of service

Zerova is an AI-based relational intelligence assistant. It provides guidance and tools inspired by the Gottman methodology to support relational wellbeing.

Zerova is not a mental health service, therapy, or professional counseling. It does not replace the care of a licensed mental health professional. If you are in a crisis situation, please contact a professional or crisis line in your country.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zerova. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and payments

  • Zerova offers a 7-day free trial period.
  • After the trial period, the subscription is billed monthly through Paddle.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not issue refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

By using Zerova, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities.
  • Attempt to access other users' data.
  • Share your account with third parties.
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable or overload the platform.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of Zerova are the property of VividShift. Your conversations and personal data are yours — you grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Zerova is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results in your relationship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will refund any unused prepaid time.

10. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 15 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
